I'm taking off in a few, but due to I94 closing near AA the traffic situation seems pretty bad, so I might either be late, or bail altogether.

Had a great time up north this weekend...some amazing roads up there. If you're in the Petoskey area, definitely take M109 from Harbor Springs to Cross Village. One of the best roads in the state (plenty of corners and great views). A little more "fun" road is H58 between Munising and Grand Marais. It's a bit faster and less risky (M109 is pretty narrow, and there are no defined lanes). M22 between Frankfort and Northport is good, too, but by far the tamest of the three.

I have the dual tip one. I really like it, but it was initially too loud so I ended up having a resonator welded in the pipe between the two tips. Shifted the drone up away from normal cruising RPMs, which made it a lot more bearable for daily use.

This was a comparison video I made from stock to the Berk piece...this is without the resonator (never bothered to remake it after the resonator was added).

[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NVcRM-w0h4c"]Berk Dual-Tip Muffler Delete (2013 FR-S) Before and After - YouTube[/ame]

This is the resonator I ended up with:

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/vpe-1793

Picture showing where it was welded:

Before the resonator, it would drone pretty badly in the rev range where you normally cruise around town (like 1800-2400rpm, somewhere in there). It was also pretty bad on acceleration and off-throttle deceleration. Since I do most of my driving in the city, it was a little unbearable for me. After the resonator, there is virtually no drone at those revs, but now it's shifted up to where you are when you're doing 75-80mph on the freeway (so, around 3000-3500rpm). The acceleration drone and deceleration drone have also been significantly reduced, but not eliminated. It is definitely acceptable for my daily use, though.

Aka "the tunnel of trees". It's good. Also a must - lunch at Legs Inn. A very good Polish restaurant.

I like this one the most in the whole state. It's decently long, not just a few minutes of fun, on a weekday it's gonna be mostly deserted, the surface was excellent (last year) and I doubt there are ever any cops there

This is one is meh, but has some decent views along the road.

Hit up this guy, he might still have them. I thought about picking those up to transplant into my STI, but the airbag connectors seem to be different so I passed.

Im loving it so far. Hard to complain for the price. 45mph in 6th gear I hear a slight drone but I just do 5 over or downshift. Remember check amazon they had a better price and free shipping.
