Subaru has a history of debuting new STi's at the New York Auto show so there is a tiny possibility of a concept being shown at that show. More likely though is something at LA or Detroit and a full production FT-86 model at next years Tokyo auto show.

Yes, agree. I think the production version of FT-86 will be shown at Tokyo Auto Show. There is no where else better than the FT-86 homeland to show FT-86.

Would be very surprised if it wasn't shown at TAS.

Wonder when the concept version will show in the US for the first time. It's not listed as being scheduled to appear at the NY auto show at the end of this month.

Google search for Scion tC and boxer comes up with speculation about the FT-86 being the new tC...
Even if this is not the case, it wouldn't surprise me if the tC gets the FT-86's engine.

I don't see any good reason for having H4 engine in tC. Don't get me wrong, I love H4 engine. I think i4 engine is best suited for FF layout.

Now back to the topic, I think we'll see the close to final ver on TAS along with Subie ver too.

I think we will see the full production version in TAS. My sixth sense told me so, can't help.
