My crickets went away as soon as I started using ethanol free gas. Never swapped pumps or anything. If you haven't already, try it, you are no further back by doing so.

I noticed mine back for the first time today too. Humidity related??? Temperature???
Going to look into this one. I'm hoping they will be gone tomorrow.

There's a surefire way to avoid hearing the crickets:
1> Get yourself some heavy metal cds (Death Metal is optional)
2> Put said CD in head unit
3> Increase Volume till you can no longer hear them

Now on the serious side, once again I have to sing the praises to my guys at Guelph Scion/Toyota for as always going above and beyond while servicing my ride.
This is my first Foreign car and the 3rd new car I've bought and by far the best purchase experience.
Jamies31 and Slartibartfast please pass my comments on to all involved

Meet Soon

We really need to do a meet/cruise soon. There's a whole bunch of new people on here recently, and we all love driving our cars. I wouldn't mind driving some more of the back roads in the area together, the drive back from the Summer Cruise a couple months ago was a ton of fun.

I propose Saturday August 10th for an early meet and cruise, followed by a good old fashioned meet and greet at the Moose. I know Rutter has found a few good roads, and I'll scour the area for more. Maybe head out Rockwood/Guelph way and stop for some photo ops along the river. Mountainside and I will need to know numbers soon for reservations at the Moose (or other bar/restaurant/dive) and to plan a route accordingly.

For anyone on here who knows me, you know my commitment to safety and keeping us out of trouble. We'll keep it respectful on the drive, no more than 10 over and no stunts if there's anyone else in sight. Also, if anyone has comms (walkitalkies) PM me so we can set up a channel and all keep in touch.

I hope the date works for everyone. I think we all want to meet all the new owners and catch up with the old boys and gals.

I committed to golfing with a buddy from University on Sat. Any chance Sun would also work? If not I can for sure make dinner.
