Not a damn thing other than color, interior, wheels...um, have you even googled the two cars? Or looked around this forum? Am I being too harsh? Perhaps you could be more specific. Are you referring to mechanical differences? Aesthetic differences? What are you looking for?

One's yellow and the other one's ugly.

Love it. Short, sweet and to the point. Obviously, some will disagree with the "ugly" pronouncement, but in this case, Ultra, I think you pretty much nailed it.

Right. One is Big Bird Yellow, the other is closer to Yoda color
If you want the high bling bling, loud, highly visible to other drivers, go yellow RS1 If you want something more subtle , blend in with different environments, go RS2 There is other small detail differences in the spoilers, lips, side fender badge, interior, wheels, etc. Possibly... possibly the RS2 is a bit more refined, due to being about 1 year newer. I hear some people say "ohhh the first year of a sports car is the best year to get". It depends. The first year there is going to be small adjustments that may need to be made with the engine (software, etc) to get the car dialed. Plus the '13 FR-S /BRZ I believe had the largest amount of production the first model year due to it coming out mid 2012 -Fall of '13 (so about 1.5 year model year span). Other years had about 1 solid year, so I'd think less production... more refinement. Last edited by Adam_L; 05-29-2016 at 02:26 AM. |

The problem with the 10 series, release series 1.0 and 2.0 is the fact everything they slap on there is either standard or an optional extra across the pond with the GT86, including all there claimed "TRD Bespoke" parts. IMHO scion's death was the best thing for this car, now Toyota won't hold back on "standard" stuff.

The 1 doesn't look that great with the stock rims in real life, will need at least the optional gunmetal/black rims to complete the look.
The 2 has that classic sports car look so some might find it boring. |
