Anyone in Ga? and actually have a full tank
My car is in the shop so not worried about filling her up. But WTF we have a fuel shortage here and there is just about no gas at all. I have no clue how I'm supposed to get back and forth to work this week. Idiots are pulling into gas stations with bags over their pumps and waiting in line. I'm not that desperate really, I can work from home on my laptop I guess.
Only Ga could be out of gas in an era where we have more fuel than we need OMG

It may depend on what area of the state you are in, but on my 40 mile commute this morning between Cobb County and Carroll County (northwest Georgia, west of Atlanta for non-Georgians), about 80% of stations had fuel. It is interesting that the stations without fuel seemed to be the ones that have their own logisitics (QT/Racetrac) or the very small mom/pop ones. I suspect the smaller ones are getting bitten because they may get one or two shipments a month and now are on a waiting list because they are out of cycle. It is supposed to improve over the week as more is trucked in and they get the temporary bypass up on the pipeline. I have 5 active family vehicles and we've only had minimal issues finding a place to get gas for them. You just need to keep your eye out once you get down to a half tank and don't wait until the last minute. (I was almost caught in that because I rarely fill up before the needle is on E, so I had to go out very early Sunday to get gas in the FRS, my primary car)

Now that the pipeline bypass is in place and, barring any unforeseen issues, fuel is supposed to start flowing again today (Wed 09/21) this should be a bad memory by Monday.
As it is, most of the stations along my commute this morning had fuel of at least one grade and no lines to speak of.

LOL as luck would have it, I'm on business travel next week, but not the week of the shortage. Oh well, wasn't that much of a hassel

Yea, well....when the aliens attack and the grid goes down...and we are roaming town to town trying to survive we aren't going to be looking for Teslas to use to fend off the hoards...cause you can't syphon fuel out of a Tesla...so there....
