Header for supercharger

Are there any before and after dyno graphs that show a gain on a supercharged engine? I know @Drift-Office said the gains of a hks EL on a vortech'd engine were not ground breaking.

To my knoldge no one has made a header based on the flow volume of a supercharger yet, I believe they have all been devolved and tested around n/a applications. I would recomend speaking with a local fab shop / header builder to get something optimized for your exact set up.

Toda will be releasing their 2.25 stroker kit soon. Then, they'll release their headers that will be designed for the stroker kit.

If I was still sc, that was the one I was going to get.

Nobody makes a S/C specific header, and I doubt anyone really will if I'm honest, who knows maybe I'll be wrong at some point. Right now I'd just go ahead and pick who you think makes the best header. I know we've got a few headers we can get for you, just depends on your price point you're looking at.

It would be pretty easy to make a header with larger primaries...Its on my to-do list once we finish up some na equal length testing.

Chose a EL header with great exhaust flow characteristics that have minimal heat loss through the unit.

Since then, I've tried two different ESC setups, one with a stock header and the other with a BORLA and also showed similar results.

Did you see the same gains up top? 10-15 ft lbs or whp?

I've heard that the PPE header gives nice gains. Right now it their's or JDL's for me on my todo list.

If you look at the dyno there is a clear advantage in midrange hp/tq, specifically 3300-4300rpm. That is worth it to me considering that's where I spend most of my time.

I've got a Borla UEL installed currently and can't say i felt much of a difference at all. My Nameless (2.5" version) should be here in a few weeks. I know they were developing it partly with the Innovate kit in mind. It will be interesting to see how it performs once it shows up.

If you search the forums hard enough there is a post by a since banned person on how a P&L boosted the midrange of a vortech setup and helped a bit up top too.

If you think about it the P&L and FA20Club headers are modular so you can run turbo or NA with them so they should flow the extra exhaust well enough for super chargers. They also seem to be the right length to boost the torque dip area so are probably a good thing for the turbine type super chargers. Where as with an innovate supercharger i would be more inclined to look at a JDL EL for some topend.

Stop with this blasphemy...I already have your header, I don't need to re-buy it just for my Innovate supercharger
