No.

No non-ethanol available in this area but after a full year, still no crickets here. Only thing I do different than many is I never let the tank go below 1/2 full. Don't know if it matters or not cricket-wise but so far-so good.

And if you've seen my previous posts I don't even use a name-brand gas, only Stop & Shop grocery store 93 octane. I swear by their additive pack.

Ummm if its really not just crickets anymore you might want it looked at, last guy had that ended up with a busted fuel pump and the car died on him and had to be towed in...

Ive had crickets since I got the car in May 2012, they refuse to change the pump here citing it as normal...im waiting to hear if the 4th mod to the pump fixes it. Luckily, no wood pecker yet.

It fixed with the fuel pump replacement.

Where? Who? The only one I know of nearby is Space Age on Powell & Burnside, not the most confidence inspiring place that according to their website sells unbranded 76.

Just my opinion.
What I've been posting all along.. Nothing will fix it, inherent in design.. Only thing they will do is insulate it.. Zero failures, no fix, live with it.. or wrap the pump with foam insulation and add tar sheets to the metal shield.. add extra sound deadening on the firewall if you really want to get rid of the noise..

Never had crickets. Have run 91, 93, and e85. It's not a fuel issue. It's a pump issue and you have no control over it.
