My AT with BeSpoke, spoiler and trunk mat came in at $28k before tax, title and registration. For the Monogram to include so much more for only a few hundred dollars more... I REALLY only want the headlights and could care less about the frameless mirror, rear seat "armrest", heated side mirrors, push start or climate control that always has the fan running. The heated seats would be great during the winter but leather seats don't feel so great during our 100 degree summers here.
Since they already have my money (no loan) and your money it seems they just don't care about their customers. You can only buy parts if you can prove ownership of a specific model=total load of crap. So then you have to pay even more to get it off ebay. Just blowing off steam here. Congrats to the 2000 lucky people who get one! On another note, my girlfriend is looking to get a new tC so maybe she'll be able to land a Monogram. |

That's why I didn't bite on the 10 series. To be honest, I wouldn't bite on this either.
Notwithstanding I bought a 2014, I would wait til a SC or FI version comes out from either company, probably 2015-2016. My questions is will the MG series owners be willing to buy headlights for the rest of us? Though right now Winjet looks like a pretty good alternative. I'm waiting to see the results of real world ownership on those. |

I hear some people's winjets are fogging already. I wouldn't worry too much about the winjets as no one has really shown proof, but I'd still rest easier on OEM Monogram/10 Series headlights. If you can't get a monogram now, I'm sure next year they'll have another release series with the same damn things + other stuff.

How do they get shafted? 10 series owners paid for shiny badges, exclusive paint, and a few other things that all other previous FRSes didn't have.
People should enjoy what they have and not worry about what they didn't get had they waited six months longer. In most cases there will ALWAYS be something better on the horizon. |

So you're saying that Scion should've excluded the FRS when they rolled out tenth anniversary vehicles across the entire lineup?
10 series was a 2013. Monogram is 2014. I wouldn't be surprised if they did a RS 1.0 later in the year as well. If there's a demand they'll build them. They are a business you know, in it to make money. |

I suspect Scion knows exactly who the majority of the people who buy this car are, and that they will do anything at any cost to have the latest shiny thing.
