Any reason for that in particular? With a bluetooth OBDII sensor and the Torque app for android devices, you can get pretty much any readout from the ECU. App is like 5$ and my adapter was about 20$ off amazon.

Is this app exist in metric? As MPG, Gal and F are not really satisfactory for Europe (except UK)

Certain things I'd rather read from sensors rather than intercept via CANUBS from the ECU. EGT and AFR for example are two things that the ECU isn't going to report as accurately as an aftermarket sensor in the correct location.

This is true, but at 25$ total, it's hard to beat the value of the Torque app.

Yup. I got mine working with ºC, km/gal (I still don't know why we Peru is metric but gas and oils are always sold in US Gallons)

Value for what? If you want pretty gauges, fine, but if you're doing any tuning the Torque app doesn't do anything useful.
