Haha dang, my boss just came down and told me I'm doing an interview today for a potential new hire. If I knew that, I wouldn't have worn a shitty sweater and a baseball hat.

Dude is taking mech eng in school. Not sure if I want to work with a newly minted EIT for the rest of the year.

My previous coworker was also a fresh graduate from chem eng, but we started this job within a month of each other, so we gained knowledge at a similar rate, he just had a foot up on me because of his schooling.

I'm sure it'll be alright, just don't want to deal with hubris for a few months or until he figures out that I actually know what I'm talking about

LOL! Cuz their schooling didn't come cheap and probably had a tough time. The really cocky ones may already ended up getting a job with a DoD contractor or something.

One member PM today with a problem. I told him to PM the boss to get it fixed, cuz mods can't & don't got the power to fix it. He replied saying why I can't help him... Do I really need to reply to that PM? Or should I reply saying "read my previous PM"?
