So I'm Considering either the 350 or the 400 series header. Is the extra $300ish worth the gains on the 350 or not in your opinions? Its just a summer fun driver that will be driven on e85. That said not totally ruling out going FI in the future but hoping that by doing this header with the rest of the exhaust and the tune that it will provide enough power to satisfy me.

That is a question no one can answer for you.

I guess let me rephrase. What kind of apx power numbers am I leaving on the table on the upper end by going with the 400 over the 350.

A-350 has best overall power; CS400 is good for DD value. We carry both headers, but our clientele is tailored towards the ultimate performance with the least amount of components. For some validation reference, Delicious Tuning has spent a significant time tuning our test vehicles AND their test vehicles for validation and refinement as well. DT has validated the findings/tests of our A-350 from a year ago and we will leave it at that.

I've worked quite a bit with delicious in the past and will continue to in the future for my tune once I add either the 400 or 350 series ACE headers. Guess I will just have to see where the finances are come spring and go from there!

A Harrop compatible tune already exists, although it's not 100% perfect yet.
Nice, I'll be ordering soon. Whats the BEST header for my setup?
I been speaking to Dave on FB. I'm the guy with the JUN manifold setup, etc. +70hp over stock N/A

I'd like to see that dyno sheet and parts list.

I'm actually not familiar with your setup; if you've been talking to David, I would go with his recommendation!

At this stage it's either the A250 or the 42.7mm Anaconda.
Just waiting on dyno results of the anaconda from you guys

Atm setup, running Shell VPower
--- [Induction] ---
HKS Cold Air Intake
HKS Panel Filter
Perrin Si Intake Tube
Torque Solution TB Spacer
Crawford Billet power blocks
TODA Throttle Body
JUN Intake Manifold

--- [Exhaust] ---
HKS 4-2-1 EL Headers
MOTIV overpipe
HKS Catted Front Pipe
HKS Racing Single Exit
Whole exhaust heatwrapped in DEI Titanium

--- [Misc Engine, lightening stuff] ---
Fluidampr Pulley
GReddy lightweight pulleys
10.5lbs Prolite flywheel
DriveShaft Shop carbon fibre driveshaft
4.556 Final Drive

btw, anyone know if its beneficial/detrimental to run the Crawford billet power blocks with the Ace headers? Any idea what it would do with the torque curve?
The JUN gives me more power up top instead of plateau-ing btw

It will move the torque curve more towards the lower RPM range. Combined with the 4.55 final drive should be perfect. Then you will have the power kicking in mid range with the headers (A or B 250) which will carry on up to the top end where the JUN will begin to shine! I say you have a nice combination of parts, however I think the Crawford blocks might rob you a bit of the top end. I have Fiebruz in mine and didn't notice a drop at top end though. Fiebruz are not as thick as Crawford though.

Have a dyno run with and without and decide which one you like more.

If you want to stick with the Crawford, then stick with the A-250. If you take them out, then you're running into risky territory with a factory bottom and top end if you're looking to run up to 8-8.5k In which case, we recommend the Anaconda 42.7mm. Again, all purpose driven setup. We'll discuss more on how to set it up when ready.
