I was wondering if this build was still in process, you have much more patience than I do. I can't wait to see the results, you're going to be very happy with it I'm sure.

my patience was shot long ago..but i haven't really bugged tony at all about it. when it comes to ordering parts and getting stuff back from ppl its really out of his control. Only thing I really talk to him about is making changes and ordering parts other than that i let him do his thing.

It does suck though i have 2 kids wife is pregnant and only one vehicle so she has to get up and take me to work every day at 5am

Yeah understood, the supply chain is weak on a lot of this stuff. That's one reason that scared me from a turbo (w/o the investment of lowering the CR and swapping rods). I only have the BRZ right now and can't afford to have it sitting waiting on a part for 2 weeks. Maybe one day soon.

Don, are you saying the heads have been over-ported and that while it'll flow more air, but the velocity will decrease, thus the aggregate amount of air is thus decreased?

Are you saying these heads won't make power?

^^ Uneducated, wrong opinion??

How do you know the amount of work that was done on those heads and if they are using stock cams?

Good luck getting a response. Usually appears to drop a seed of argument/discussion but rarely comes back. Exhibit A, thread called "Stock AISSIN Transmission Power Capacity".

With cams, valves, and FI, I think he'll be ok on the head porting. This car will be a thing of beauty. Like child birth, a long painful wait then years of joy.

Just hopefully not the buttloads of money spent for two decades like child birth.

I feel your pain on the wait,.....I wasn't as patient as you. And supply chain is very slow. Good call on the rod bearings,...what rod bearings you going with?
