Yeah that looks like the best way to go. Thanks!

My budget is for cooling, turbo, exhaust, and any other things that installing a turbo kit would require. I've already taken care of wheels, brakes, and clutch. And I replaced the dumb prius tires scion fitted on the FRS with better ones.

PTuning is awesome. But turbo kits are more expensive than you think because you will want/need supporting mods...and there are lots of them and they aren't cheap. Good luck and continue to research.

I would read through the forums here to get not only a visual idea, but a theoretical one that would suit your power needs.

JDL and AVO make solid turbo kits for UEL fun.

PTuning and FULLBLOWN are more expensive, but more part inclusive options.

Are you goals >300? If so, lower comp pistons will be a recommendation.

Gotta set yourself a power goal and budget/design around that.

Yeah that sounds like a great idea. Before I got my FRS, I've mostly been dealing with Chevy small block engines. That's what I grew up with. I definitely want something that pull while still handling well. I already invested in coilovers and wider tires/wheels. I plan to do everything in a relatively short time frame.

What's wrong with the dumb Prius tires?

What did you put on?

New Greddy kit should go really well with that Rocket Bunny kit.

If you've already gone coilover the handling part should be taken care of.

For pull without always scratching 3rd, many have been more than satisfied with 300ish whp. Again, anything more than that and other upgrades would be crucial to the car's longevity.

I'm personally shooting for 300 for the punch of power without completely new engine components. That might be later.
