Whiteline was fairly quiet. I had switched the transmission mounts 3x times.
1) Whiteline KDT 926 by itself. - quietest of the three combos, but more pronounced vibration. 2) Cusco by itself - quite noisy 3) Cusco/Perrin combo - slightly less noisy

Just finished mine. Crispier shift! also installed perrin rear shifter bushing. Noise is there but got used to how noisy the car already even before the install. Thanks for the write up! Clean and clear!

When you guys say this style increased noise how so? I'm asking cause I'm about to remove the Perrin one I have as it has this annoying whine. I figured this whiteline one being poly and lateral style would eliminate that, am I incorrect in thinking this?
I like what the Perrin T did to tighten up feel however at cruise speeds the faint but consistent whine when accelerating in well..not cool for me at least.

I never heard your issue and i never noticed any sound after installation as well. hope this helps. few members already reviewed both whiteline and perrin's. I don't remember quite but heard whiteline's cover sides movement more than Perrin's. Perrin does cover front and back but doesn't cover sides as whiteline's. by looking at both designs, you know. |

I hope you don't feel i offended you in anyway. reason for for i installed whiteline instead of perrin is that installation is little bit easier and filling that empty spot seems much better than perrin's. |

No worries at all. Will be installing my WL one soon I've had a good feel for what the Perrin one does and should be interesting to see, feel differences.
