Wrong again. He originally sent me a 91 and 93 tune for Stage 1 and when I confronted him about them being identical he then told me that they're all designed to work with 91-94 octane. That's not a 91 and a 93 tune. That's one tune.

And please explain to me how you hide something outside the actual bits of a file. Because unless they've figured out how, then the Stage 2 and Stage 2+ tunes that I have are a bit for bit copy.

I then proceeded to spend $500 based on the information I had received. I then received my product and it was not as described. There was not 91 and 93 and the stage 2 and 2+ are identical. This isn't a be patience thing. This is purchasing a product under false pretenses.
Thank you well said. I am going through the exact same thing. Panda doesn't seem to get it.

The 93 tunes are based off 91 tunes. You can use 93 on a 91 tune, it's even recommended for low quality 93. I understand you, but you have to see it from Shiv's perspective. He supplied you with what you need, not everything is as it seems.

Dude, I could argue with all night about the semantics about what you're saying. But the fact of the matter is that I paid for something and I did not receive it all.

Jermmx5 I support your argument and understand your frustration. That said, you have a 91 octane tune that should be a band-aid for the time being. I read somewhere that tuning the 17 model has a slightly different layout (I know nothing about tuning). Sometimes things don't always work out as they should. I've found that patience is sometimes the best course of action after making your issue known. What I'm suggesting is, why not try and enjoy the tunes he sent you with the knowledge that Shiv is working on the tunes. I don't believe Shiv would start this topic if he didn't plan on following through. Just my 2 cents.

Looking forward to the 3.0 tunes myself😎

I don't think you guys are understanding this...Nothing is good enough for now, this is like going to bestbuy, and purchasing a TV that says it comes with Netflix support, Hulu, and HBOgo, but then when you get it home some of the channels don't work (MAF voltage and IAM), and instead of it being Netflix and Hulu, you only have access to Hulu, and the HBOgo doesn't have all the shows it should (They don't have the Power AFR table defined). In the real world I would bring that back to bestbuy and ask for a refund. When I told Shiv I either needed a status on the tunes, and the logging issues or I would want a refund he ignored the message even though there site lists a refund policy.

I don't understand how you guys can't comprehend that I purchased something and I did not receive it as was described. And I'm NOT being offered a refund...

I just said that I had sent a message saying that I would either like a status of the tunes not being what they're said to be and the logging issues or a refund. I received no answer on either fronts.

Shiv stated he receives over 200 emails a day. I suggest patience.
