Beeping noise when shifting

Anyone else get a beeping noise out of their car when they depress the clutch pedal? It's so loud it my passengers think I'm hitting my horn.

Sounds like this:

And no, I don't get this noise. I've never heard of this happening.

The car has a rev notification that you can set and it has a round red light that flashes but I do not see the red light flashing on your dash. Is your drivers door closed tight? Seat belts fastened?

Yank out owners manual if all else fails.

And if doing what White64Goat says fails, then bring to the dealer. It will probably end up being a warranty issue if its honking at you when you clutch.

I have the same noise and I described it in this thread:
http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=56882

I haven't taken it in yet, same exact thing though. Only seems to happen in low gears (1-3). It even does a sustained honk sound when in 4000+ revs in low gears sometimes.

Also, it is NOT a rev notification lol. It's definitely something wrong, it wasn't there when I got the car. The first time I noticed it I kept thinking someone was honking at me on the way home. Sounds VERY much like a car horn honk.

It's definitely going to take a trip to the dealer. I'll update after I take it in.

I had that going on for a bit. It went away though. I thought I read somewhere that has to do with the clutch and really isn't a big deal. Mine went away. I'm not too worried.

I had the same honking noise a while back (last summer maybe?) but havent heard it in a while. It was a little concerning but I read a few others are having it. I didn't take it in because it was happening randomly and only in lower gears. I am pretty sure i wouldn't be able to replicate if it were taken into the dealership. Anyhow, hope someone can get an explanation..

Does the sound happen right when the clutch engages, or right when you move your foot off the clutch pedal?
