Now granted, that's overspinning the Rotrex a tiny bit, and one of of the most boost friendly engines in existence, but that's besides the point.

This is where professional installation is key.

Here's an experiment of clamp tightening vs force required. Put a hose clamp on your arm, and tighten it. Note how easily the gear keeps turning when the clamp is already uncomfortably tight around your arm.
Was just hoping to get the actual diameters with silicone couplers so I can swap out clamps if I want to...

So... what might be expected for tuned power on e85 with header and exhaust given the same size pulley? Or is that something that would require a built block?

325whp+, dependent on the header.

We do 395whp on our C30 + ace header + E85.

Dont go to these guys, they are terrible. Avoid at all costs. Go to moto-east.

Highly do not recommend Prime Motoring and Junior tuning for this platform. Check this first http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=70154 then go to Moto-East and you will be in good hands.

I went through delicious tuning and so far am extremely pleased. Finally was able to get an appointment with the local dyno shop for tomorrow morning. So I will finally be able to post some graphs and see what the c38 kit puts down.

After seeing an Evo with nylon zip ties holding 40psi of boost, I have faith in many other designs of clamps now lol.

Yea did some more research and they seem to have gone down hill. They used to have a good rep back when i was researching the full blown kit, but not anymore apparently.

Would probably make the drive out to PA for moto-east if/when I decide to go FI

Is there a way to buy the tiy kit if you already have the ecutek package and try to get the carb legal tune free? Or do you have to purchase the tune?

We offer the Factory Tuned system minus Ecutek if you already have one. You have to call in to order, and must have your Ecutek Dongle ID ready.
