The molds will be rapid prototyped and then hand finished to create a dimensionally accurate, repeatable part to ensure great fitment every time.
No problem man, I was thinking of going with a seibon lip but i might
have to wait until you guys put your up for sale

Are you guys using powerstream industries as your manufacturer if you don't mind me asking. I am looking to have a splitter made for my DC5 out of the same material. Love the design you have going for the brz/frs.

Paul's been having some software issues with the CFD analysis, but the results will be posted as soon as we get them. For "scientific" research, we went to his gun range today to shoot a sample piece of Tegris. This is after he hit it with a 9mm hollow point

The top few layers delaminated, but the bullet didn't penetrate. Our splitters will literally be bulletproof.

New development standard: everybody has to shoot their parts, with a gun.

A short film we made of shooting the Tegris piece. I am absolutely in love with this material.

@Hancha Group

I will be ready for a bumper, as mine has taken a beating from being on and off 20x.

I have two parts that would be excellent for you guys to design.

1. Re-design this ghetto ass plate that will leak on all the manual trans models eventually:

http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showp...&postcount=101

2. Can you re-design the removable front grill on the FR-S and create a new snap in design that actually will protect oil coolers/intercooler/condesers from damage?

I would definitely pay for either even as a custom part if done properly.
