didn't read through all the comments, just skimmed so not sure if this was mentioned, but the blue pictured doesn't seem to be a Subaru exclusive anymore. also from skimming through the comments, we sound exactly like the WRX people hating the new looks but end up liking it a couple years later :P

That pic is a render not a photo so colour tone doesn't mean much

The press photos are definitely not a render. That's the real car that will be at NYIAS.

Actually .... 100hp/liter is pretty impressive for a NA power plant.

I don't like the new look so I'm glad that I purchased the RS 1.0.

I agree; it's "alright". Not great enough to make me think about trading in my 2016 but if I had to buy another one, I wouldn't hesitate to buy the update. If faced with a choice between a new, leftover 2016 or a 2017, I would probably just get the 2016 because it should be cheaper.

These?
These may have started life as photos but have been so shopped for highlights and lighting they do not qualify as photos anymore. At least as far as paint colour goes.

Such a beautiful car. Too bad it's not offered with M/T otherwise I would be on an RC-F forum instead of this one...

Apologies for the repeat exclamation, but I'm also relieved to not have to explain what an 86 is anymore, or soon enough. Dgaf about the refresh, I already have mine...

The day you see a bulge in that hood is the day the more power stock guys can start creaming.
?

I'm confused.

Anyway, I'm curious to see what the interior looks like. I would love steering wheel controls, ever since I got a damn ticket for "texting while driving" for switching music on my phone while it was in its mount.

As for the exterior, I like the new headlights and tailights. I still like my BRZ's OEM headlights more but those are definitely better than the shitty FRS OEM headlights.
