Most comfortable car I've ever owned. 6'2", 195. Seat all the way back on the track, steering wheel extended as far as possible, I'm good to go.

On long, multi-hour highway drives I'll actually move the seat one notch forward from full back which makes it a little easier to rest either hand at the bottom of the wheel for cruising.

At the track I move my seatback a little more upright to get the "hands lightly draped over the top of the steering wheel" position. I do have slightly longer arms though - I wear a 42 Long suit coat.

There's a shit ton of us out there. Like @extrashaky, I'm committed to keeping the airbag and controls in stock configuration.

I haven't found it and I blame the seats. My head never touches the headrest, even when the seat is as upright as I can possibly make it with comfort in mind. There is zero lower back support. An aftermarket seat is on the list

My 2017 86 has better seats than my 2015 WRX STI.

I consider that a feature, not a bug. The seats in a lot of cars seem to be designed for people to recline way back in a terrible position for driving. Since I'm in the car to drive rather than nap, I prefer the seat more upright with my head off the headrest, but those idiotic anti-whiplash headrests shove my head forward into an uncomfortable position when the seat back is relatively straight.

I appreciate that the BRZ headrests don't do that. Whenever I get in a rental that's like that, the first thing I do is pull the driver's headrest out and turn it around backwards.
