No high horse here I just like my friends and relatives alive and not killed by some smartass punk that thinks street racing is somehow ok. If what you "got to do" is kill yourself driving like an idiot that is fine but what the hell gives you the right to risk others. Your "story" is one told by a small little man that has no concept of what can happen and does not give a fuck for the safety and well being of others because he has to do something to feel superior.

Look man I'm not here to argue with you, nor am i looking for a fight. I completely understand your point of view, and the concerns of everyone here so can we both just drop this? Like i said earlier I'm sorry if i offended anyone here in this forum sharing my story. Ill take your point into consideration next time i decide to race on the streets. Lets just move on from this alright?
Have a good day T Coat. |

This is not about point of view, or difference in opinion, or bending the rules slightly. There is pushing it a bit, and then there is being totally and criminally reckless. Racing while weaving through traffic at 143 mph is the latter, period. I think you should have your driving privilages taken away, your car confiscated, and be sent to jail. |

As a moderator you are of course in your right to wipe out the recent part of discussion - but given the strong arguments given against street racing by several people including me, and the fact that the poster who boasted about his street racing ultimately seemed to understand and acknowledge that it was a stupid and dangerous thing - I think these posts were was actually worth saving. Just my $0.03.
(of course, I don't know how the discussion continued after I went to bed, maybe he reverted his position again) |

Look on the bright side. Tcoat and others may have just saved WTFRS86 from himself and countless other innocent drivers just trying to get home safe.
