Longer, high strength steel seat bolts plus some spacers, or stacks of washers. You'll want to spread the load with decent sized washers to keep the seat mounted nice and safe.

Swapping in an adjustable driver's seat lower mount from a JDM car would be a much better idea though.

Would be a much more expensive idea though. I'm researching the bolts and spacer idea. I'll post a DIY when I get to it.

^^^this^^^ If you're going to go that route, use nothing less than fender washers.

Good luck. Also suggest that you don't forget the 'high strength steel' part.

Not all bolts are created equal - ideally you'd get the same kind of high quality, high strength bolts in the correct length and of the same kind that they use to mount FIA race seats.

In fact you might even be able to find the right bolts at a shop that does motorsports seat installs and stuff.

Short GF here too - 5'1".

She hasn't complained yet.

Buddy. You have no idea of how lucky you are.

If you get a girlfriend. You run the risk of getting married.

It's worst than living with your parents as a teenager.

Oh man I miss being single so much.
