It happens only when revving the card or on drive. Cold start without gas throttle doesn't replicate the sound.

This what I am suspecting, a pulley or tensioner something is lose or need to replace, btw ill check them today. if I found the culprit.

Does your engine sound louder at all? Thats the noise I would get when the nut started backing out where my exhaust connects to the front pipe before it eventually came off and got super loud. Its worth checking since its pretty simple to view from under the car

It doesnt, sound is very consistent from cold start till driving.
