glass cleaner and SSteel (exhaust tip) cleaner

Any recommendations out there? Whatever I try it seems as though my ss exhaust tips are always left somewhat dirty

spray a little WD-40 on the black goo areas and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
Wipe off and then finish with Sheila Shine stainless steel polish. Great for outdoor stainless steel grills, stainless appliances, and exhaust tips!

For glass cleaner, I like Perfect Glass, as well as Invisible Glass (you can also get it with rain repellent for outside windows). You can usually pick them up at department stores.
