Who’s running either Cusco or OS Giken 1.5 LSD’s?

Trying to decide between the Cusco or Giken 1.5way diff.

Would be interested in opinions of those that have either fitted re chatter when turning, noise, and daily drivability.

Cusco gets a thumbs up but is $400 dearer than Giken, which has a similar
if not better name and is drop in and play v backlash checking with Cusco. Also need specific Diff oil with Giken though apparently that can be gotten around..

Opinions?

Might be a bit late, but I believe the Cusco is just the TRD diff, they just sell it with their own name on the box

Thanks for that.. would not be surprised. Thinking of going the OS GIken 1.5 way at this stage. Gets good reps, is said to be DIY and works out a couple of hundred cheaper than the CUSCO for whatever reason. I guess the TRD loading. I’ll pick up a good second hand diff I can fit it to so I can just swap OEM diff for the other, or should I say get Chasers to do it..

Mine was at Chasers last week getting some work done, new rotors/pads and diff/GB oil change.
