So are we going to have to modify our radiator fans and other components to fit the headers?

My car made around 180 STD without a tune (I/E). 189 with tune (I/E).

Sorry I worded my original wrong. It should have read 180 with a tune and no parts. Your numbers match what I have seen.

Oh, I don't have those numbers because I started dynoing after my exhaust. It did manage about 180 STD with just exhaust, though.

I'm very sure you are accurate. The WRX/STi people in ST* only run one cat in the downpipe.

Any idea if the fitment on ATs? I didn't read through the 50 pages and you cannot search "AT".
