Comping form someone on essentially the exact same wheel/tire setup (RPF1), that is probably 99% of your fuel mileage difference.

I'm stock aside from a drop in air filter and averaged 32mpg with my manual. Swapped to motul 300 and now im averaging 28. Found it curious. Have to look further into it as tires are at correct psi, air filter is clean, and driving habits are relatively the same.
