After some extensive testing, I can confirm that the @DeliciousTuning Flex Fuel kit (and MK1+ upgrade in my case) works and is fully functional on the 17+ BRZ/86, even with the ECU changes (all 17+) and engine changes (on the Manual).

This is great news, thanks Mike for taking the first chance. Where are you all at on '17 tuning. Does Ecutek have support yet? and/or how are the code breakers doing with the 17MY ECU?

Yes it does. For both MT and AT, I'm getting my AT tuned tonight.

All 17 ECUs are supported now; the 17 MT was the last to come out, and was released Nov 3rd.

Today will be day 3 of tuning; almost everything is squared away. Testing functionality and making sure everything is working properly, rather than jumping straight to WOT tuning.

There are a LOT of changes on the 17 ecu. A lot of old tables are gone/locked and a lot of new tables have appeared, whose functions are not yet quite fully known.

At high load open loop, my car makes more power than it did at full throttle stock, currently, with about E70 in the tank, and the header.

We have the same mirror in the EU spec GT86/BRZ. What so special about it?

I was trying to see if mirror owners are having same "growth" on corners and how to prevent it. Since it is off topic, I didn't persist.

David here to answer a question while Mike is driving. US cars are not offered this mirror as a standard. In other words, you guys have the awesome version.

You guy can install compressors and turbos, catless headers and run any wheels etc. you want without approval. But, hey! At least we get "the awesome rear view mirror". 1-1
