NO SHIT. My dad works at a tire shop. I've been hearing about tires and looking at the tires for several kinds of vehicles.. watching cars on the road.. Those 275/35R19s are BEASTS. Even a 245/45R17 is pretty impressive.. these things have crazy big wheels for such a light car.. hope that doesn't impact wet handling.. Last edited by Lexicon101; 01-15-2010 at 03:04 AM. I rather like the wheels.. but that wing is just atrocious. Unless you're looking for "Rear bench seat" in the features, I can't think of anyone but 16 yr olds spending daddy's money who would want that.
(Of course, I could see it for downforce on high-speed tracks, but more simplistic styling would be nice in that case..) |

Me too, but I've talked to a couple people about this concept, and each person I talked to told me not to expect it to make it to production.
I didn't take them too seriously, but this definitely reinforces my hopes. (I gotta say, too, that a 2.0T is my ideal engine. This car is pretty much my ideal every way you look at it.. glad to have confirmation of a production version.) |
