2013 FR-S OEM brake pad part numbers?

I am having trouble finding the correct part numbers for the 2013 FR-S brake pads. If I am not mistaken the rears should be smaller. But all the online Toyota parts dealers have the same part number for the front and rear pad sets. Also the rotors are listed as the same f/r...this can't be right as the rear rotor is smaller and the pads should be too.

SU003-04678 is what I find for pads front and rear at all the online dealers. But I have also found a part # SU003-04097 listed as a rear set on ebay(actual Toyota marked box) but can only find that part online by directly searching the part number. Using the diagrams or the fitment options only pulls up the 04678 part.

So, what are the correct part numbers for the pads front and rear? And what about the rotors too?

As far as I can tell, the part numbers are:

SU003-04678 front pads
SU003-04097 rear pads
SU003-00586 single front rotor
SU003-00638 single rear rotor

This is according to toyotaparts.mcgeorgetoyota.com which usually has the cheapest price.

The front pads for MY 2017+ show as SU003-07199. The rear pads and all rotors are the same.
