Grinding noise during slalom

I know this isn't ideally the way you would treat a car, but I've noticed a loud grinding noise once when I was making sharp turning motions, i.e. slalom. The noise sounded like it was near the wheels, perhaps the wheels themselves. I was only going around 30mph.

The car is new, no mods.

I'd suggest you check your car's tires pressures.

Most likely it's just the sound made by the tires on the road.

that just replaces the grinding noise with a screeching noise.

TC tries to correct for skidding by using ABS to apply braking force. Try as suggested to drive in VSC Sport or TC Off.

Check your lug nuts. If they are loose it'll allow the rotor to shift on the hub and drag on your brakes. This will be especially evident when turning as there is a stronger lateral load on the wheel/tire.
