static/interference w/ USB to iPhone4

Hey guys,

Anyone experiencing random static/interference when playing music from iPhone4 attached through USB? I can't find a surefire way to reproduce it, so it's hard to show anyone, but every once in a while, the sound system will just sound really bad, like bad radio reception or old vinyl record.

I've tried using different iPhones & different USB cables but it doesn't seem to make a difference... One time it started crackling like static, but I knew I couldnt do anything about it while driving, so I just left it. Few songs later it went back to normal.

Soooo confused! lol
Just wondering if anyone's had a similar experience is all.

Boba!

that's really weird... maybe it's the songs you were playing?? unless you were playing like pandora or something. any problems with playing the radio or a regular cd? i would try a usb stick witih songs on that too. if it still gets scratchy then it probably isn't your iphone at all, but something you'd have to get fixed at the dealership maybe.

sounds quality is better over USB.
And you charge your phone instead of losing battery.
