I take speed humps at speed, I always laugh at the lowered cars negotiating them slowly.

I think of them more like jumps.

I do the same thing only off of man hole covers!


Many of the speed bumps I have to contend with are a problem for normal height cars and if you hit them at speed you are going to have a bad time.

I noticed that when I was in the Toronto area last year. Your speed bumps are the real deal. I had a passenger in the car for a ride out of town and hit one a little faster than I should have and we both bounced our heads off the roof, I was probably doing about 15mph

Yep they don't mess around.
There is a huge difference between speed humps and speed bumps here. Speed bumps tend to be narrow, very high with a flat top. The sides can be as steep as 45 degrees or more.

The bottom of my front bumper is ta-rash’s. Too many opposite locks into the inside curb. Crunch.
