Yup, though you still have to look out for dirty drivers. And with La Sarthe being so wide there's no excuse. In my final race last night, the driver joedirt was making an easy drafting pass of me. Nobody else around us and he qualified considerably faster than me. I didn't do a thing to slow down/block his maneuver. Asshole deliberately clipped me while passing. Luckily he wasn't able to knock me off course but I did have to deal with some damage for the next few turns. And post race a lot of people complained about him. I don't know why some people are such jerks.

Anyway, PSA: if you encounter joedirt give him a wide berth.

I am not going to go an a GT7 penalty rant, but the penalty system sucks.

Someone just had to post a new fastest lap time in that Gr3 TT. I did manage to improve my time with the R34 tho.

Damnit lol. With so many days left I figured it would move again. I was barely under the previous gold time.

Yeah, I just want to get gold using a car that isn't competitive. Lol. Gonna try to improve your time before the TT ends?

I do the same thing lol. Yeah, I will push it back into gold later with the GTR or the 911 RSR. My previous gold time was with the Vantage. I really like that car for some reason.

Where you using the old R34? I just got one and hadn't tried it yet. I have been messing around with the Z4 GT3 car for a while too since it's what I used to use a lot in AC.

Yeah, I'll always first try a Gr3 race or TT with the R34 GT500, and then try the Supra GT500. If they really can't be competitive, then I'll resort to trying newer cars like the R35 and A90 Supra.

You probably will not like the R34 very much. lol. Its aero isn't as good as the modern cars, and corner exit acceleration/traction can get tricky. But like I said, I'm just trying to see how far I can take the underdogs. hahaha.

The Supra GT500 understeers quite a bit in case you were wondering. I tend to be .2 to .5 seconds slower with it compared to the R34.

I'm solid in Silver with the Corvette. Wonder if I should try the "homer" lol.

Even though I hate that Daily C was neutered from 12 to 6 laps, it's still fun and IMO a good opportunity to improve one's DR score. Wide track allows for easy passing and avoiding contact with others.

Oooooh. The meta car. Haha. Yeah, I thought about it too, but just gave the R34 one more go. Hopefully it sticks.
