price paid?

What did you pay (out the door) ?

Now that the 2015's are coming out..
I cannot find a south florida dealership that will budge on a reasonable car price for me.. is it because of the color I want or are these dealers assholes?

Anyone suggest a good Florida Dealership ? I want a hot lava base or monogram 2013-2014.

@Ihartc4 in the 10 Series Registry thread just paid $22.5K for his. At that price, IMO it would be worth your while to fly and drive for a unique color/content combo.

The dealer I bought mine from had a base model for $21k, but it looks like he sold it. I was keeping my eye open for a long time around here. Portland has a couple at $24k, before rebates.

Don't hesitate! It's worth every penny.

I'm not sure about your region but I sell these, and the hot lava can be super hard to get ahold of. Not very many made or it's between production cycles meaning none on the ground at the time

There's plenty of hot lava around. This seems to not be a particularly popular color. In the midwest and western US, there are a number of base hot lava for a price several thousand less than this and when you look at the car fax reports on some of them they've been sitting on the lot a while based on the initial "Vehicle offered for sale" date.

i saw one near me in new holland, pa, silver FR-s going for 19,900 brand new! Talked to a salesman over the phone and the dealership is trying to get rid of the old 2013s. Unfortunately the car is now sold, but starting to contact a couple in the philly area to see if they'll drop to that price...

The 2015s are coming out soon correct?

i could be wrong, but say if you buy from outside your state, you still have to pay state taxes when you register your vehicle in your home state.

If I'm not mistaken taxes on vehicles are determined by the taxes in the area where you are a resident. For example on my bike, I paid 7.5% sales tax because that is the sales tax in Bakersfield even though I bought the bike in the inland empire area where the tax is higher. I believe this applies to out of state transactions as well, as far as vehicles are concerned but I could be wrong.

My local dealer has a new 10 Series for $4,200 off list or $23,900. Debating whether to buy a base 2015 instead. They have a base 13 for $22,200.
