As far as the hole permits. Be sure to buy many sizes because it could be hit or miss or the sizing

Well, I have my first problem with my car. My supercharger has a faulty bearing or something. It is screaming like hell. I need to pull it and send it to Jackson Racing for warranty. I would post the video of the sound, but it won't let me download a mp4 file. This sucks. I wonder how long I will be without my car.

If it was a boat, I'd plug the hole. Some people think holes are inherently bad, or negative in some way. Holes breed life, good can actually come from holes (or bad things…. black holes).

Well that blows ....... or doesn't .......

Maybe they will just ship you a new one ASAP ......

How many miles on your SC .. ??

Did you rotate it every 2,000 miles, like the instructions say, so the heavier molecules of oil don't settle to one side ......??

You can never be too old for hole plugging. There are even extra strength drugs or tools to help you with the job if you find you are not able to plug the hole yourself, which can in turn make the experience hassle free!

I got a new Shift Solutions LB 560 shift knob and this guy https://www.facebook.com/huan.liu.7 has them for sale on FB for $40. I got it from Cali in only 4 days!

I fixed my broken OFT. Total cost was $75 and didn't take very long to do. I finally fixed the more bangs and pops mod tune (a month with that loud tune LOL)

That's it, I forgot to rotate it. Silly me. It has about 6k miles or so. The car only has about 14k. It is still actually working, it just is ear piercing noisy. It will still cost me labor to R&R it since I will have my shop do it, so not too happy right now! And JR is not being responsive at all. They haven't returned my emails since Monday. I called Tuesday and they said all the tech guys are at SEMA and that they would send me the return stuff that evening. Well, I'm still waiting to hear from them and I got a big blue paperweight in the garage.

Well, yikes, what a hassle.

Hopefully they will respond soon.

Can you check the oil in that thing, or is it sealed .... ??

Pretty much all of the automotive aftermarket goes into hiding during SEMA. I wouldn't expect many replies until it is over.

It has its own oil system with reservoir, cooler and filter. The special oil it uses is $100 a quart. Luckily you only change it and the filter every like 50k miles and it takes about 1 qt. I checked it regularly, oil has always been fine. I've been told the replacement will come with new oil, reservoir and filter.

One guy on the JRSC thread said it took 3 weeks to get the new one back. I guess I send mine to JR, then they send it to Rotex. I just want to drive my car.
