Planning to go for 17x9 +35 on Stock everything suspension wise. I do plan to drop it an inch in the future and wanted to know if these wheels will work on both stock suspension and after its dropped on springs. Any rubbing? And what tire sizes would you recommend?

Agree on 245/35/18 as the choice for 18". The 245/40/18 can be done, but is too tall so your speedo will be a bit off.

What's the offset? It'll probably rub.

it's gonna be close. Might need a little spacer in the front. Depends on how much camber you have too.

Sorry, can you help a noobie here?
I'm planning on doing the TRD lowering springs w/ stock struts on my FRS and going 18x8.0 (+48) and 18x9 (+52) or even 18x8.5 (+45) and 18x9.5 (+45) if they fit. Will these clear without ANY rubbing? I am not sure what size tires are ideal for daily usage, but thinking of going 245 or 255; whichever is recommended. What do you all think? Thank you. |

I'm running 18x9.5 +38 in the rear without any spacers and it is flush and no rubbing. Tried 245/35/18 tires for them last season, they were slightly stretched, now switched to 255/35/18 look better and better for the track and no rubbing issues. |

So if I have 1 inch drop with the TRD lowering springs on stock struts:
18x8.5 and 18x9.5 with +45 all around, with 245 or 255 tires, will these clear without any rubbing? |
