Porsche Club and BMW club are great to start off with. Great classroom time and more than enough track time. When starting out, going fast isn't exactly the main goal, its A goal but shouldn't be the focus when its your first time. Learning gestures, blind spots, and common courtesy is key. Learning the line will come next. Clubs like these are seasoned enough to know who to pick as instructors.
Being courteous on the track goes a loong way, much more so than being fast.
