How do you do this with Ecutek? Is it the phone app thingy?

The tuner can enable a custom button on the app for you, OR they can tie it to the traction control button so when you hold it for 5 seconds, it'll activate the pedal dance. I wanted him to add a button to the app to control the fans, but EcuTek responded with "why would you want to do that? no, we don't have support for it". At least that's what I was told.

So instead of the app my pedal dace it tied to the traction control.

you open the EcuTek app on your phone. Scroll down to the traction control row. Select it. and then there's a button that says "On" or "Off". Select off for maximum fun.

Can ECUtek disable the seat belt chime, TPMS and airbag light like the Beastronix device?

what do you want to do with the fans? I got a mechanical switch to manually turn the fans on.

I wanted to have the option to keep the fans running after a track session to help things cool off, Beastronix has an optional switch for that. I can wire something, just being lazy. Would have been nice to have it in the EcuTek app.

Some updates are being made to the internals to improve the unit, as well as streamline production.

No firm ETA yet.

Not quite that simple. It also fully turns off ABS, which in this car is not a great idea without bias control.

You either want to do that pedal dance, or wait for the new beastronix IMO.
