Open flash tablet troubleshooting

Hello,
I’ve been using the open flash tablet for a little while now, never erased it. I was creating a new rom today and once I added it and went to reflash my ecu. I was given a error telling me that the tune files and ecu are mismatching so I cannot write files. When I plugged my tablet back into my computer the tablet is showing as the device has never been used. I’m not sure what to do as it was working earlier that day and now the tablet seems to be wiped, I have 0 erases (I’ve never used an erase at all and yes I bought it new) and now i have no access to my “tune” part of the tablet. I can still read the real-time data of things like throttle position and such and still read the ecu things such as what tune and vin is attached to it so I’m thinking it’s not a problem with my ecu specifically.

Edit: I got state reffed today as well so I’m trying to find the quickest way to put the ecu back to stock. I have the stock file on my computer though.

If you guys have any suggestions, the help would be greatly appreciated. I’ve emailed oft support but that was late Friday evening so I’m just waiting for a business day while looking to see if others have had this problem.

I just had this issue occur for the 2nd time, I’m not sure what causes it, although I suspect it has something to do with unplugging the OFT at the wrong time (both times it occurred was after turning off the car, saving a log, and then unplugging the OFT. Unplugging while the car is still running hasn’t caused a problem). Anyways, you’ll probably need to schedule a restoration, which takes about an hour, the OpenFlash guys will need to access your computer.
