Just yesterday I had to bring all the plant floor crew in and explain that it is a supervisors JOB to watch them work and ask what the problem is when a machine is not running so it isn't harassment.
I could go on for hours.

I'm just wondering when your emails will be branded as "harassment"?

Has happened with posted notices. Haven't had a complaint about emails from me but have with others.

Better than them just saying "Oh it is ok sir I don't need ID you are obviously over 55". Especially when you are not even 50 yet.
