Yep, changing clothes is a waste of time and energy. The same with shaving and showering, except for about once every other week, in the winter, once a week in the summer -

Well he takes a bit longer than most action hero's to heal. Don't know how far you are so won't elaborate. Besides, if your suspension of disbelief allows you to believe a guy can hear a pin drop two miles away and tell you what colour it was, where it was made and the wind velocity it created in the fall while filtering out every other noise then healing up fast should be a no brainer.
