Also saw the VIN cutoff for those afflicted ends with D603383.
The VIN cutoff is bullshit(so far). At least one person mentioned his car being well over the cutoff and he has chirps.

Yes...for the FR-S, but isn't this "VIN cutoff" for the BRZ?

Sigh, lack of PDF, when Scion's was posted fairly quickly, makes me sad.

It's the same car. The point was that at least one car past the cutoff still exhibits the behavior regardless of the make because they use the same part.

Scion FRS - Past Cutoff on the VIN and has the chirpping.. light but definetly there ..ok it once and since it decided to stop chirpping for the head tech, I had to come back home. 900 miles on it.

Just as a confirmation, my BRZ LTD has a VIN about 100 greater then the above number with about 900 miles on it and NO crickets.

I'm guessing here, but I'd guess Toyota since the TSB applies to the specific brand/model. Any Toyota dealership though, if you don't like Stadium's service department but do like anothers, you should be able to use them.

Went back today to talk to the manager and even had to show him where to find the TSB on his computer! At least he was much nicer about it then the last douche bag, and apologized afterwards that he couldn't find it! Parts ordered I did sneek a peek at the part number for the pump listed to replace which was 16625JB000 don't know if that number is any different then the old one or not? Going in thursday for fuel pump, DRL's, and one taillight..... Left is still back ordered

Edit: also when they called for the parts there were five part numbers, one was the pump listed above, a fuel funnel or line, And some hardware I assume for the last three.

Yeah I don't know where to find the previous Subaru part number, if any. But I did notice something odd when I looked up the Toyota part number listed in Toyota's TSB and Subaru's part number which you provided.

PMP AY-FUELH PRS
Make: Toyota | Part#: SU00300328List Price: $1,302.00
Your Price: $1,010.00

PUMP ASSY FUEL HIGH PRESS
Make: Subaru | Part#: 16625JB000
List Price: $588.46
Your Price: $514.90

$500 difference in price?!
