Is there some weird trick to getting BT turned on in the FR-S? I can't get my phone to locate the vehicle
And no, I haven't read the owner's manual. And yes, I probably should... |

The first one I sat in had a touchscreen nav installed at the dealer, seemed to fit nice so that's possible.
IT CAN BE YOURS TODAY FOR THE LOW LOW PRICE OF MSRP + $4K!!! |

There is no Release Series yet, only the Scion 10 Series (10 year anniversary).
But yeah, the Scion 10 Series has the push start, dual climate, and LED HIDs. Downside is the glowing badges, dash, and shift knob, and silver seat belts. Scion can't leave well enough alone, they always have to find some way to ruin things. EVERY TIME. EDIT: Oh, they put in an updated nav unit/touchscreen, if I recall, too.

I dont see anything wrong with the interior... my previous car was a 1999 camry le and this is a big jump away from that.
If you want all the luxuries of the brz then, like everyone else said, get a brz.

You can install a push button, people have done it and there is a kit coming out soon for 600 bucks. You can probably get the same head unit if you want. YOu can even get leather/alcantara seat covers for 850 bucks which look just like the brz limited. However, so far the dual climate control is out of reach, so if that's what you want get the brz limited or scion 10 series.

Go to your nearest Toyota Dealer and see if you can Order a 10 anni, that will prolly solve all your problems op. And will probably cost you lower than trying to put a BRZ limited dash in a normal FRS.
Now this is talking from the perspective that the 10 anni is priced in between BRZ prem and BRZ limited. Good luck there's only a couple hundred of them lol and hope you dont' mind Ignition Silver, I think it's a beautiful color you might not.

The car is under 30k, there is bound to be some minor things you dislike, like I dislike how cheap the interior looks compared to other cars—but I got over it. Pull the trigger, buy either one, you'll be happy either way.
