Here are a few pics of the fitment I did for an FRS, lowered on Eibach Pro-Kit with 18x8.5 +38mm all around. 225/40R18 front, 245/35R18 rear with Bridgestone Potenza S-04 Pole Position tires. Front has camber bolts.

Why would you stagger the tire sizes on squared wheels? That's just going to make the car understeer...

No differently/more than staggering tires on staggered wheels. There are OE's that stagger tires on square wheels as well (my Lexus came equipped with such a setup actually).

It's red vinyl. I'd rather have them tinted and I may look into it. The vinyl needs to have too many relief cuts in order to not lift off (which it still does in some places).

Jeff

I understand staggering tires on mismatched wheel sizes, but with squared wheels you can maintain the proper balance of the car with squared tires. OEM manufacturers do stagger wheels on cars for a few reasons (promote understeer for safe driving dynamics, looks, and also to increase traction with large amounts of power). On this car (like most) it's a detriment to the handling balance.

Yes I understand what staggered tires do to the vehicle's balance and why a square setup is often preferred (unless the suspension was designed to work well with a staggered setup). The main reason this car got the wider rear tires was due to looks. Yes I could have gone with square tires, but it was not the look I wanted for the car.
