Failsafe gauge? Can you explain what this and how it's used with this setup. Boost is built by rpm

mainly usin' the gauge for afr just for an extra safety measure. i dnt think we can overboost if my understandin' of it is right since we get more boost by smaller pulley. im not over the top knowledge of cars but my other car buddies are more but then again they only done turbo and not sc.

So you mean it's an AFR gauge. I don't use one. I just use my phone and ecutek Bluetooth app. Once the car is dialed in you really should not need it imo. You can use the phone to monitor all kinds of data and it's free because you already have it(unless you bought the old non Bluetooth kit)

i got bluetooth ecutek also and been monitorin' it that way for the week. but would like to have my phone free to use for gps and such since ecutek has to be fullscreen so i'd have to pip the other apps to use it in conjunction. and im also kinda lazy to connect to app and mount phone everytime i want to see data lol

I use scangauge to monitor, trans temp, oil temp, coolant, and afr. I have a boost gauge and a wmi flow/failsafe. You really don’t look at any of them at WOT. I mostly just monitor my temps before and after pulls.

Yup thats it, 69mm is easy to get.
70 and 72.5mm are hard to find.
Get a larger 76mm idler pulley when you switch to 69mm not only lets you keep same belt helps with more belt wrap on sc pulley to reduce belt slip.

Solid dyno numbers. Full headerback exhaust, and no cats?
