Ooo I've wanted a set of these for a while now. I've only seen Gun blue and black colors for the 57cr. Where did you find this color?

Kevin Ket, but I forgot which distributor he uses. The gunmetallic is a special order (20 set minimum) but the distributor happened to have some on hand.

Edit: but don't make the same mistake I did. Get them in sakura pink. I wish I had done that.

Edit2: I should get the pinks and sell these to you 🤔

Got it. I had the same special order situation with my gunmetal Weds.

Pink would be an awesome track day wheel, but I don't think I could copy @CSG Mike so soon PM me a price if you ever do want to sell!

There seems to be a bidding war for my set...

More can be made with enough demand.... you and @kch should PM @CounterSpace Garage and put down deposits... if 4 people commit, they'll absorb the fifth and make it happen!

Anyone know where I can pickup some touch up paint for the gloss black wheels? Installed them last night and accidentally dropped the socket on the rim and it chipped

Did that to my Work wheels...

Sounds ridiculous, BUT... grab your GF and go to a ladies’ store. Pick up some nail base coat, the color that matches your wheel most, and some nail clear coat. Worked on the blue TE37Sls I had on my first car. Looked perfect for the few years it was on there.

Or ignore it like I do nowadays.

Ha — Awesome — that’s some ingenuity!

I’ll have to test that out — thanks man!

I need your guy's opinion.

I have a red 86 and was about to order the GL 57CR Gun Blue II 17×9 +38. And sadly they won't be available until late November and I'm not gonna wait that much.

So here is the available colors I can get and I'm not sure which one would look the best:
White
Eternal blue
E8 gold
Almite gold

Or should I get the 18×9.5 +38 in Gun Blue II? Not sure about the fitment for the 18s on stock suspension.

I think the Almite Gold would look with Red. As for as those wheels specs you can only fit a 235/40 or 245/35 tire size up front. Other than that it should fit stock suspension just fine and it will poke a bit too...

I'm leaning more towards the Eternal blue but still not sure tbh, I'm thinking about the Almite gold as well.

Are you sure I can't fit 245/40 on them with stock suspension?

Any ideas on which lug nuts I should be getting for the 57CR? Should I go with an expensive ones? Like Project kics or Rays?

Hmm thats a good question, i will let someone else chime in on if a 245/40 will fit, i assume you could run some negative and it might work. That might be an issue since your wheel is so wide i doubt you'd be able to run a lot of negative camber. You can buy any tuner lugnuts and it should fit you dont need fancy ones unless you just feel like spending money just get some decent ones with locks and you will be fine.
