I just called the dealer that I bought my monogram from. They said they won't get any 86s any time soon.

They have a manual RS 2.0 that they are asking $37,000 for though.

I asked them why such a high price and the guy told me it had really good paint protection.

Looks like the RS2.0 wheels are now optional accessories available directly through Toyota. Figures they finally make non-ugly stock wheels and offer some decent size/offset wheels as accessories. Where were these when I ordered my FR-S.

It's interesting that the optional spoiler is the same as the FRS.

Also, it looks that the 86 will be the only one with optional navigation?

I kind of want that trunk mat...

I love the poor photoshop of the toyota emblem on the FRS used to advertise the borla exhaust.

I tossed on foglights with halo and the car prices over $28k. Did a quick nationwide search for 2017 BRZ Limited and there's already a few available discounted low $27k heheh.

That jives with what I've seen. I even got quoted one (without asking about price) with the performance package for about 28.1k. I feel like I may be able to negotiate down slightly from there (or grab a couple accessories) if I put my mind to it.

You can get even lower than 27k pretty easily as well.

Are the TRD 17in forged matte-gray wheel the same wheel that comes in the RS 2.0?

I can get a equivalent equipped 370z for $4k more. Sad fact is that the 370z is a better value.

370z is insane value right now. 28k for a base model is a steal. Might not match the mustang and camaro but if you're an import guy you don't have a lot of choices for torque

Looks like they started showing up and are for sale someone bought one last night and took it to a AZ 86 weekly meet. Another Black one was sold in the same area, so if pure looking to try one out, one will be coming to a dealer near you soon.

Except there is no LSD with the base 370Z.

If you're in the market for a 2 seater car there are way better options for the money.

The front looks pretty good on the Halo. I just wish it came with the same packages at the BRZ
