Funny thing is, I've never seen this before on my car, and I've checked numerous times when it rained. Is it possible that exhaust smoke (temp changes, common) could cause this?
You know what?... Kinda seems like it's the same problem with mine.

I realize that if I leave my car out in the rain overnight; it's completely fine with no condensation at all.

BUT if I drive it around with the headlights/park lights on in the rain; small amount of condensation appears up top of the assembly.

In conclusion, I believe that our LED heat is creating that small patch of moisture in there up top... As for the others with major condensation problems; probably a different issue altogether as we've seen swimming pools in some of them...

Same thing I've noticed with the DRLs. The car was outside today and I remember checking them for condensation but there wasn't any. I'm sure if I went out there right now there will be something, though, the DRL weren't actually on, so maybe not. I did notice after a trip to Jersey one day, where it rained pretty badly, and I had the DRLs/parking lights on, there was condensation on one side and it was pretty much mirrored on the other side. Maybe it's like you said, the heat from the LEDs is causing a tiny bit of condensation to form.

Yup...Same for my LED DRLs... I notice them if I drive in the rain with them on (Headlights off)

I've already let my dealer know of the issue regarding the DRLs a few weeks ago (just got back today from a 8 day trip). I even emailed him pics of both lights. I have to go there Monday and he says he wants to check the lights again while I'm there. I told him it's not going to show unless it's raining, but maybe there's a test for it. I also texted my contact at the dealer regarding the tail lights an hour or so ago. Waiting for response.

Same; I took pictures of them and sent them off to Subaru Canada and to my dealer... No answer back yet from the service advisor but as long as it's not a pool party in there I wouldn't worry too much about it...

Chances are, if you swap a new set on... It will probably do the exact same thing. Which is a complete waste of time...

Yeah, that's why I'd see if anyone else is noticing this too. I've seen the full tail light leak in person and I couldn't imagine driving around with this. This was barely noticeable and it just happened to catch my eye as I was leaving the car.

That's another thing I'm concerned with. I don't want to have to put the car in the shop unless it's a known problem. Still waiting for them to do the chirping fuel pump issue but it seems that's not even fixed either.

Oh, also forgot to mention... Foglight plastic lenses get condensation in them too if I use them in the rain...

YES! I had mine for a while and was too lazy to get them replaced, but walking towards my car and seeing a clear set of rear lights is one of the best feelings ever. I didn't realize at first how stupid/ugly it was to see moisture inside the lights, until everybody on the highway and streets would pull up to me 'hey you know you got water in your tailights right?"

I thought my BRZ was perhaps one of the lucky ones. I gave my car a bath and noticed condensation in both taillights afterward. I guess I'll complain to my dealer at my next appointment.

Along the edges is fine and is considered normal.
In these pictures, if you look closely... the seal is actually along the inner part of the assembly after that condensation you see there (The black sealant line)...

Look below that; it's actually inside the tail lights too.

I just noticed before I gave mine a bath that the right tail light had some condensation, hopefully I can just bring it and they can resolve it.
