@finch1750 @Ultramaroon

Got the PP tires mounted. Oh my goodness, I fell in love with this car all over again. Put on about 50 miles so far (from shop to home) and I was grinning ear to ear most of the way.

The steering feel appears to be even more direct and car is more playful than stock tires! Myself and the shop owner noticed the sidewalls are way more stiff compared to stockers, possibly the reason why. Road noise seems to be reduced? I used to turn the volume up to 30 to drown it out. Now I can set the volume at 25 and road noise is barely audible.

Oh, and I would've never noticed they run wider even though numbers are the same if the shop owner didnt mention it. Looks like 225's, not 215's. I do remember its been said manufacturers measure tires differently? *shrugs*

I might just do a short review write up in the tires section.. Can't wait for autox, want to see the limits of these tires! Thanks to you and @jawn for suggesting these tires. Really does have the characteristics of stockers, but an upgrade I suppose. Especially in the grip dept!

Why of course! It'll be a while for the video since its way too sketchy to do any hard runs at this time of the year. Black ice is a big concern around here, which many people do not remember even though warnings are broadcasted on the news every year!!!

Yeah, i upsized to 225 when I had them and they were super meaty on stock wheels haha. Glad you like 'em so far

Looks super meaty even at stock numbers :o

Wonder why the PPs are wider than stockers though. Thicker sidewalls perhaps? Or its simply the case of non standard measurements between manufacturers.

I wonder if width is measured in terms of contact. Those rain grooves are insane.

If the PS4S isn't available in the right size by this summer, I'll make the jump. I need to ask my insider friend. Just because the computer models exist doesn't mean they'll make the molds.

I'd love to ride along next time we hang out together. They look great!
